Leading Edge recently combined forces with JPro, in the hopes of creating a “whole-system” juggernaut poised to support organizational excellence and all talent working, leading, and serving in the Jewish community.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Given Leading Edge’s ambitious growth plans, its Advancement function requires strong internal systems to support its expanding operations. The Manager, Advancement Operations will oversee internal operations and administration to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and seamless internal coordination for the fundraising team. This role is essential in supporting data integrity, workflow optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration to advance fundraising goals.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong technical and project management skills. They will report directly to the Chief Advancement Officer and collaborate closely with the Office of the CEO, Operations team, and Board of Directors.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager, Advancement Operations will serve as the key partner to the Chief Advancement Officer in implementing Leading Edge’s advancement strategy, including board engagement, fundraising activities, and development communications. They will be focused specifically on:
Development Operations & Data Management – 50%
Administrative & Cross-Departmental Coordination – 30%
Event & Project Management – 20%

This is a full-time exempt position, with a salary between $82,000 - $87,000 commensurate with experience.
